These Terms of Service outline the rules, regulations, and operational agreements between your corporation and Venus Uniforms.
Venus Uniforms is exclusively a Business-to-Business (B2B) manufacturing entity. We specialize in bulk orders for corporations, industrial setups, and institutions. As such, minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to all production runs, typically starting at 100 units depending on garment complexity.
Before any mass production begins, a physical prototype (sample) will be manufactured and shipped to the client for sizing, fabric, and embroidery approval. Bulk production explicitly mirrors the formally approved sample. Once the sample is approved, design changes cannot be accommodated without incurring additional costs.
We honor the privacy of our corporate clients. Any data surrendered during the enquiry or manufacturing phases—including company logos, employee sizing data, and proprietary designs—will be strictly guarded according to our Privacy Policy. We guarantee that your corporate data will never be distributed to third-party marketing entities.
Standard B2B payment terms apply. An initial advance payment (typically 40%) is required to commence raw material procurement. The remainder is due upon completion of quality assurance, prior to final dispatch.
While Venus Uniforms utilizes premium logistics partners to ensure timely pan-India delivery, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays caused by acts of God, extreme weather, or third-party transit strikes.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
